Hi, I’m Mallory

Hi! I’m Mallory, a 200 hr Certified Meditation Teacher (CMT), Certified Life and Success Coach (JSCS), 200 hr Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), 100 hr Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Mental Health First Aider (MHFA). However, I used to be a corporate employee at Goldman Sachs :)

Meditation has become an important part of my life, but why? For those that know me - they might say I’m much calmer, more focused and overall more present. Meditation came into my life at a moment I needed it most, and I began diving in to learning more about meditation when I was lost - post deciding to live a sober life, post hospital visit from an anxiety attack, post relapse of my eating disorder. I knew I needed to make some real changes to be able to function daily and the universe sent me the gift of meditation.

Trained in over 20 styles of meditation I love sharing the knowledge I’ve learned with other people. My goal is to arm people with tools so no one else ends up in a hospital from anxiety or stress. Whether your busy corporate job or relationships or physical health are on your mind I love guiding individuals through a practice that brings us back to ourselves.

Over the past couple years I have been combining meditation with coaching tools for my Executive Performance clients. This combination of awareness and my focus on challenging mindsets has been greatly impactful for myself and for my clients.
